The 23rd Tyneside Irish Festival runs from 10th October to 25th October 2009, with a number of events and shows all over Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding area.

The aim of the Irish Festival is to present a diverse range of Irish cultural expression, through the presentation of  performers and artists as well as engaging the local community.
