Lightfoot Sports Centre
Found just off the A186 Walker Road, Lightfoot Sports Centre works hard for the community from children to senior citizens to ensure they can keep fit and enjoy many sports.
The sports centre offer facilities such as Aerobiking, Badminton, Boxercise, Circuit Training, Football, Gymnastics for Girls, Impulse Fitness, Judo, Netball and Volleyball, Squash, Table Tennis, Trampolining and much more.

Newburn Activity Centre
Newburn Activity Centre is found just off the A6085 Newburn Road and is called an activity centre rather than a sports centre because it goes beyond the facilities of average sports. 
Newburn Activity Centre offers facilities such as Archery, Badminton, Boxercise, Canoeing, Kayaking and Bell Boats, Carpet Bowls, Circuit Classes, Football, Indoor climbing wall, Judo, Pilates, Table Tennis and Trampoline.
