Santa’s Grotto @ As You Like It

Father Christmas and his elves spend half an hour with your children, sharing stories and answering questions from inquisitive minds.
Ticket includes Surprise Present and Kids meal, some dates will include face painting and a magician.

Santa and Skate @ Life Science Centre

Skating@Life is an Ice Rink set on Times Square, outside the Science Centre, that runs until February 2010.
On Certain Dates in December, Santa Claus will make an appearance, so you can have a skating session and visit Santa’s Grotto!

Santa @ The Sage Gateshead

Meet Santa Claus and his elves in a specially created grotto at The Sage, Gateshead: get your face painted to look like a Snow Queen or King, a tiger, a butterfly or anything!
Explore a fun-packed adventure trail round The Sage Gateshead, solving puzzles and clues, and become an elf yourself!

An afternoon of festive fun for the whole family: a ‘magical’ Christmas show (produced by Leah Bell) guarantees to get you in the festive mood!
Santa Claus will also pay a visit to deliver a Selection Box for all the good boys and girls!

Santa Steamings @ Tanfield Railway

The Original North Pole Express leaves East Tanfield Station to see Santa Claus,
who is visiting the Railway and using his own specially built Grotto.
Children receive a present and seasonal refreshments are served to all.
