Generator and Evolution 2010: CALLING BANDS AND SOLO ARTISTS
2009 saw a new and exciting addition to the Evolution Weekender programme and Generator is pleased to announce that they are on the lookout for emerging bands and solo artists to play this year’s Evolution Emerging.

The Newcastle Evolution Weekender 2-day music concert is being held at the end of May 2010 at NewcastleGateshead Quayside, Sunday 30 May and Monday 31 May 2010
Evolution Emerging 2010:
Programmed by Generator and leading North East music magazine NARC, last year’s Evolution Unsigned event allowed free access to 6 of the best venues in Newcastle, with 24 new bands playing alongside special guests The Week That Was.
Evolution Emerging promises to be even bigger and better and will once again be taking over the Ouseburn Valley to showcase the best emerging music the region has to offer.
Generator are asking regional bands and solo artists (from any genre) to apply to play and will choose the best artists to perform alongside some of the region’s biggest names.
